Are falling into serious error that religious leaders become deceiving their little lambs instead of passing these teachings of what is right and what is wrong so they can come before our Lord Jesus Christ with a surplus in the balance of rights and wrongs.

The false prophets are there in droves, just like blind guides, leading their little lambs to fall in the cliffs, where the weeping and gnashing of teeth is a constant!

some weeks ago there was a post about an exercise that works as the inversion table: you actually stand with your hands on the floor, your body straight but inclined on the wall where you place your feet.
I find the exercise quite good, now I'd like to have a look at the link that was in the post but I cannot find it with the search function.
